
Non-Emergency
Once you have moved into your new home, we continue to work with you for a smooth and satisfactory transition. We understand that after you have lived in your home for a short time you may discover warranty items. Kimberly Castle will be your primary contact for service once you have moved into your new home. All non-emergency repairs will be handled during the Year End Review. Any questions that come up during the first year, please feel free to call or email Kimberly.

Kimberly will get in touch with you around the 11th month to let you know that your warranty period is ending soon. She will send you a Year End Warranty Service Request Form. Please fill this form out completely and return to her for scheduling. In some cases a final walk through may be necessary.

All emergency items include
1. Electrical outage: affecting only your house in the neighborhood
2. Electrical sparks: turn off breakers marked to item
3. Furnace outage (heat only): if you have 2 furnaces both must be not working.
4. Gas leak: shut off gas to house, do not turn on lights anywhere & leave house.
5. Gas outage: affecting only your house in the neighborhood.
6. Water leak: shut off water to the source
*Air conditioner outage is not considered an emergency. Normal air-conditioning problems will be corrected during regular business hours.

Some of the items in your new home are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. The following items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty; the builder is in no way responsible for their performance or for any condition beyond the manufacturers warranty after the date of closing:
